"Exile" International cartoon expo, Paris, 3rd May 2011

The idea of this exposition came from Kianoush Ramezani, current resident of La Maison des journalistes and renown cartoonist. this international expo, will take place on May 3rd 2011, the World Press Freedom day, and bring together a hundred cartoons by some of the most talented cartoonists in the world. This touring exhibition will start in the building of La Maison des journalistes in Paris and will then move to several cities in France and Europe. The main Mission is to attract the media and public attention to the work performed by our non-profit organization. La Maison des journalistes helps exiled journalists who were forced to leave their country to escape persecutions. We provide them with a housing solution and help them through the many difficulties they face at the time of their arrival in France.
