One thousand ninety five days in exile
first December 2009 till today, it became 3 years living in exile, 1095 days, 26280 hours... I am grateful for many friends, colleagues, organizations from France, USA and Switzerland who brought me lots of motivation to continue my carrier, keep my motivation and doing many projects connected to my homeland's crisis, the human rights and cartooning. I am also very sorry and upset with some organizations and persons that tried to stop me by ignorance, abusing my situation and/or my name and jealousy, it's a shame for a welcoming beautiful country like France and Europe to have such a wrong people in some very sensitive responsibilities.
My special thanks to all efforts and attentions of my nice friends/colleagues, I remember them in this day that is a very important day for me:

Sketches of Iran, an illustrated book project of Iranians human rights
An illustrated book of never-before-told personal stories of ordinary Iranians struggling for their basic human rights.
Sketches of Iran: A Glimpse from the Front Lines of Human Rights brings together the personal stories of forty remarkable Iranians from all walks of life, whose common thread is their passion and struggle for basic human rights in the country they grew up in.
Their inspiring stories are accompanied by forty beautiful full-page illustrations, editorial cartoons about human rights by seven prominent Iranian cartoonists.
*From the simple wish of imprisoned lawyer Nasrin Sotoudeh’s four-year-old son to the mounting concerns of imprisoned student activist Bahareh Hedayat, these stories together draw a picture of the human face of this ongoing struggle.*
Sketches of Iran features 40 personal essays, including pieces from:
* The daughter of Christian pastor Hossein Soodmand, who was executed for his conversion to Christianity
* A Baha’i student who achieved her dream of education even though Baha’is are forbidden from studying in Iran
* The daughter of political opposition leader Mir Hossein Mousavi, who has been under house arrest for nearly two years without charges
* A journalist who interviewed the Ayatollah before the Revolution and who now continues her reformist writing from outside Iran
* The father of Kurdish student Sane Jaleh, who was killed during a public protest when security forces fired on protestors
* and 40 full-page editorial cartoons, including 12 portraits of political prisoners

Kianoush Ramezani, the International awarded "homeless" in Paris from September 27th
this post is to announce how the French administrations are far away from these beautiful friendship and solidarity, to announce that I am such a drawn of paperwork that nobody can see the current situation, it's not just the story of me, it's a general story for the majority of the political refugees in Paris
few of the persons who will receive this post can believe that I will be "really" a homeless in the streets of Paris, specially the journalists who made many interviews with me in the Cite des arts, conferences, festivals and maison des journalistes.
I feel so sad because I won't be able to draw new cartoons and publish them from the street, but it's another page of the story of Exile, being homeless!
I will be officially out of the "Cite International des arts" that was my residency thanks to a scholarship from city of Paris since June 2011. I was very gifted to had such a long time residency in this wonderful Babylon in the heart of Paris.
I have been awarded another residency thanks to Ville de Geneva and UTOPIANA organization, I will move there on October 15th and before that date, I will sleep in the street! it will be my pleasure to meet my nice friends before leaving.
best regards
Kianoush

L'Abbé Pierre, the "real" symbol of peace
(born Henri Marie Joseph Grouès;5 August 1912–22 January 2007) was a French Catholic priest, member of the Resistance during World War II, and deputy of the Popular Republican Movement (MRP). In 194
9, he founded the Emmaus movement, which has the goal of helping poor and homeless people and refugees. Abbé means abbot in French, and is also used as a courtesy title given to Catholic priests in French-speaking countries. He was one of the most popular figures in France, but had his name removed from such polls after some time.

for Moshe Silman
Moshe Silman, a 57-year-old Haifa resident, set himself on fire Saturday during a Tel Aviv demonstration marking the anniversary of last summer's social protests.
As thousands marched down Kaplan Street to mark a year since the start of social protests, Silman poured gasoline on his body and set himself on fire.
Silman was evacuated to Ichilov Hospital shortly afterward.
"The state of Israel stole from me and robbed me. It left me helpless," wrote Silman in a letter he left at the scene.
"Two Housing and Construction Ministry committees rejected me, even though I had a stroke," wrote Silman in the letter, adding that the facts could be checked with a public housing company in Haifa.
In the letter, Silman wrote that he blames the state of Israel, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Finance Minister Yuval Steinitz, "for the humiliation that weakened citizens go through every day, taking from the poor and giving to the rich."

About Love
Eldad Lidor (Israël), Shoshi Rotem (Israël), Kianoush Ramezani (Iran)
The discovery and internalization that the world is global and integral leads to a new era when humanity understands that we all are interrelated: still life, plants, animals, and humans.
Human thoughts and intentions affect the state of nature.
Connection, love and collaboration between all, are essential.
