Funny, but not true. Norway is not a part of the EU:

The Norwegian Nobel Committee awards the peace price, and they are completely independent in their decision. The fact that the Nobel price is Swedish has nothing to do with their decisions. China still boycotts Norway after Liu Xiaobo won the price in 2010, not Sweden... Anyway, I think your alternative title fits better than "EU to EU" :D
